Refund policy

Yiannis Wine wants you to be satisfied with every aspect of your experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we would love to hear from you, and take the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Yiannis Wine has a 30-day return policy from date order is received. Wine that is placed in cellars for months and then claimed to be not acceptable will not be eligible for a return. 

Customers may return/cancel the wine they purchased for any reason. Please be aware there is a $25 return shipping fee along with  a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
